My order was not delivered yet was shown as delivered in the app, as it was an already paid order I reached out to the support team immediately and they said it was due to some mistake in scanning and the package is still with the delivery person and should be delivered to my within 24 hrs. I asked to cancel my order and refund my money back but they said I have to wait for 24 hours and they can’t do anything before that. After 48+ hours I reached out to the support team again and they talked so rudely and denied to help me.
