Amazon Order No 403-2548485-9030704 dated 20th Oct 2024 – Ambrane 100W Fast charging Power

The company delivered Wrong Product, when i opened the package i received a damaged MI Power Bank so i immediately raised a complaint and Amazon executive told me that the investigation will happen post that resolution will be given.
But there was resolution and not even any email communication on the issue, so i again enquired after few days and shared images with the concerned team, but again there was no resolution.
i bought this product for 4000 rs for some function on 26th Oct and in the absence of this power bank my battery got drained out and i incurred loss of 25000 rs.
I am totally disgusted with the support provided by Amazon, i am associated with Amazon for last 15 years but never faced such an issue.
I want my refund of the product and a compensation of the loss incurred due to battery drained out in a function.
