I recently ordered a bean bag from Amazon on September 10th and received the order on September 17th. However, upon inspection, I received a different product. When I checked the Amazon app, it showed that my order was eligible for return and replacement, but I was unable to proceed with the process. When I contacted customer care, a female agent answered my call, but unfortunately, she was not helpful. She did not provide a resolution to my issue and when I asked for her name, she hung up on me, which was disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into my issue as soon as possible and provide a resolution.
