I ordered mobile and smart watch with amazon prime membership. I got delivery on 11th Oct 2021. In that box, only mobile is there, and watch is missing, but in application it shows both items are delivered. Then I raised issue to amazon customer care again and again. They said wait till 19th October 2021.
Then I called again to amazon customer care on 19th Oct 2021, because I hadn’t got any response from them. Then they said we can’t do anything. They refused to give that product or cash amount also. And said, do whatever you want and disconnected my call.
