I ordered a laptop dell Inspiron on 24/03/21 got delivered on 25/03/21, but product was Defective when it was switched on it opened for only one time and it’s screen got hanged by itself,after that laptop is not opening it is showing that your device ran into a problem and needs to restart we are just collecting some error info .
On same day(25/3/21) immediately requested for replacement through amazon app it took me to laptop inspection before replacement is processed on 27/3/21 inspection service was completed and after that they ordered a replacement but replacement was not delivered it got cancelled by itself and returned to seller on contacting to customer care they said that replacement order package was damaged in transit that’s why replacement got returned by itself. So I requested to order it again but customer executive said that replacement can’t be ordered once it’s cancelled. They said Now we can only process your return request so I requested them for return. And then they scheduled pickup for Defective laptop on 31/3/21 and when pick-up guy came he asked for PS mail I immediately called to customer care they said there is no such mail with the name PS. Customer care lady said that he may be asking about NOC. And she said now i am rescheduling your pic up for next day with NOC in place. But from that day my pickup has been cancelled for 6 times and every time when I call to customer care they reschedule my pickup for next day but no one comes for pickup. On enquiring with escalation team of customer care executive said that delivery agent is entering the comment that verification failed. So I asked what is the problem so she told me that may be there is problem in amazon delivery verification app. And now she has rescheduled the pickup again for 7 th time.
Every time they are only rescheduling the pickup but not picking up the defective laptop and neither they are processing my request further.
Kindly help me in this regard.
