Dear sir ,
I facing some trouble since last 8 days. I bought the product on 22.08.2022. Whose delivery was dated 24.10.2022. Which was reschedule on 27.10.2022 and again reschedule 28.10.2022. Whose delivery date was kept at 31.10.2022. Then kept 02.11.2022.
today dated 02.11.2022 the product came out for out of delivery.But after the out of delivery, Amazon company realises that the product is damaged.Is the product not sealed packed? When is the product open?
I am continuously talking to the customer executive of Amazon since last 8 days. Still today the product was returned to the seller.Because market value has increased today without offer.When the company does not have to give, then why do Diwali offers come out.
I request amazon company to return my product or give compensation for 8 days.
I want to product or compensation money.
