Text of Complaint by Ramanan Ravi:

I ordered a Gaming chair on Amazon on March 7th. And there was a delivery option to get the order between March 9th-11th for 100 Rs. And i chose that date. But the order was not shipped from Thane till March 10th and i got the product by March 13th Evening. Due to my back pain only i ordered that chair. But i was dealt with the pain for extra two days because of their false commitment. I tried to get any compensation from them but they refuse to give any. And some of Amazon agents spoke with me in a derogatory manner. So i would love to have the full refund for their false commitment, delay and my suffering. Kindly do the needful
