I have ordered(#4079888545-0452363) whirlpool refrigerator from amazon and scheduled delivery by selecting date and time. I postpone other plan to other day and stayed at home to collect it. Two days continuously i was getting SMS that the item is out for delivery and suddenly they cancelled my order and when i called customer care again they rescheduled it for the same day but I didn’t received it. I wanted to escalate this issue and asked for escalation matrix but they didn’t provide it. Please help me on this.
