Respected sir/madam

I am purchase from Amazon URJO Nero Clogs-8 UK (42 EU) (Men_CAMO) | B08HMLPTGY ( B08HMLPTGY ) HSN:640299
But i am receive olive green colour URJO nero clogs
I received within 30 min i am call to customer care and send photo recording item
Then customer care executive tell me that return item for refund
I am return item to Rahul Amazon person original item
Today ten days later i am call to customer care they told me that your item differ and your refund not iniciate
Then i say that I plz send refund item
they answer dispose your item
Also cut my call
Sir I am mail to you very hope fully plz help me issue my refund
