Respected ombudsman,

Before some days, I have purchased a product from amazon and online payment of 650rs. payed via phonepe app.  But after delivery, product was not comfortable, so I returned it and amazon promised me to refund my money back to my account. But they never fefunded it back to me. I called so many times to customers care of amazon, but they just cheated with me everytime and made me a fool. I’m waiting for my refund from long days. But they are saying to wait just everytime. Please,  interfere in this Case. I become mentally harassed by amazon.
