i ordered a product from amazon.in on 15th december and on 21st december i recived the product when i opened the box i recived a diffrent item against which i ordered i ordered realme x2 pro 29800 rs phone and i recived the dead kind of phone on that and i rasied a complain on amazon customer care team after 8 days of investigation i recived a mail from there side on 28th december they said they will provide refund i have to give the wrong item to pickup guy and pickup guy talk very wrongly to me very bad behaved me after then i again said amazon customer care team they said they will arrange a pickup with in 24 to 48 hour uske bad mail karte hai refund nai de payene bhai 8 din ka samay lene ke baad khud bolte hai refund denge khud denied karte hai fraud kar rahe hai sidha sidha please help me
