I am a regular customer of amazon india and I thought amazon is a trusting brand. But it is not. It’s customer care not helped me in my order delivery after I complained 4 times even. They always said that you’ll receive your order at your doorstep but I didn’t. The seller send the order by a private company and they asked me to collect the order from their office. I said No to them because amazon assures the doorstep delivery.
Before this I faced so many times this issue but this time I complained and amazon didn’t help and resolve my issue, even they lied to me. That courier company directly called me and misbehaved with me to collect the order from their office. When I said that amazon will contact them to deliver at my address, that company’s person aggressively told that they are returning my order and cut the call. Now who will bear this loss of mine? Is this Amazon’s customer service? If I need to collect my order from the office then why I will go for online shopping rather than offline?
Why amazon do that false promises to their customers?
Now amazon must have to pay me for the inconvenience and wasting my time,also for that order which I didn’t get still…
I lost my trust on Amazon.
