Text of Complaint by Chandra Kumar:

Hi Amazon,

Very very worst service you’re doing. I am very much frustrated with amazon .I have ordered the product Order # 405-9945269-4434735 but that was an incorrect one which i have received from the seller. So I have raised a return request but the delivery guy wrongly updated the comment and they have canceled the return request. This has happened 4 times but when we had a call with customer care they doing the below but i haven’t get resolution and refund to my account

I have called the customer care people to report that issue they have mentioned, like we will escalate this issue and raise the return request this what happened last 4 times.

1st request Call With customer care :
I reported like – delivery pick up given false comment and cancel the return order.Then they have told us we will escalate and raised a 2nd return request.
2nd request Call With Customer Care:
2 return requests also did not happen. They told us we will raise one more request and if that does not happen we will raise an advance refund.

3rd Call with Customer care:
Again that delivery agent gave a false comment like my house was locked . I requested a customer care agent like I need an advance refund whenever delivery people can come and collect the product but that customer care agent again told the same thing like we will raise a return request again he has not resolved my issue.

Note : Someone has to resolve this issue and refund the amount to my account
I will remove my prime membership and also hereafter I won’t order any product on amazon.

There is no escalation and there is no resolution and delivery people whatever they want they are updating false comments like anything even though we reported to amazon not resolving this issue .

I want my money back. In this mail will any one resolve this issue or not ?

and also i will attach all the return requests email for the same .
