I am so disappointed with Amazon. I made a payment of Rs 9111 which got declined and its been more than a week I have not received my deducted amount. The customer care staff is ruthless they keep asking us to wait for another day. I had so much trust on Amazon which has shaken I thought it to be the most customer centric company but its not. You are just harassing your customers by just keeping the deducted amount not even delivering the products. I am not sure if I will buy fron Amazon in future.
