I ordered Boat Nirvana 751 ANC headphones from Amazon. I got the product on Feb 4th 2023. As I didn’t like the quality of the product , I called Amazon customer care and asked them if they can take the product and Give a refund. Amazon help desk agents raised and return request and I returned the product on Feb 9th. After few days I didn’t get the refund . So today I called the amazon customer care and asked for the refund they are telling that I didn’t return the Original product. Even though I returned the exact same product i received.
