Respected Consumer Court,
I ordered White Shirt online from Amazon mobile application. Wrong product was delivered by Amazon and on returning the same product they said they did not receive and cannot refund the money.

Order date : 27.Jan.2023
Return request date : 2.Feb.2023
Pickup date : 3.Feb.2023
Shirt ordered: Arrow White colour(photo attached)
Shirt delivered: Arrow blue striped colour(photo attached)
While returning the product pick up guy from amazon checked the product and said “ok appko message aa jayega”, but no message received.
I didn’t ask the name of pick up guy
I did not take the photo of pick up guy
After 10 days I called the Amazon and they said status is updated on mobile application “return initiated”.
On calling amazon again they said we will reply via email. On e-mail they arereferring to different order ID and said your refund is rejected due to junk box received. On which I replied to them that refund is related to order id 405-4667989-3802736 and kot the one you are referring in your e-mail. I again received the same reply.
I called them again to correct the order number. They said yes we are referring to order ID ending with 2736, we have received the Junk box and not the product. On which I replied kindly ask your collection executive/pick up guy that where is the order but they said we have received this confirmation from collection center.
I told them that I have received wrong colour shirt and same was return to you pick up who checked the packing and product and said ok.
Now since 3rd Feb 2023 I am struggling to get the refund of the item returned.
Please help in getting the refund of my amount paid to Amazon.
