I ordered a Apple airpod pro from amazon Unfortunately the product not performed properly i,e noice cancellation not work properly then i called immediately amazon costmer care ,Then the costmer care told me “we apologies for that, please contact to nearest authorise Apple service centre” as per instructions received from customer care I approach nearest authorise Apple service centre. Further concern person from service centre told the AirPods serial number mismatched hence no service available for this airpod. Then i calling Amazon customer care, customer care reply to me, take a denial letter from service centre and put above product on plan white page, write name and date on it and also take a photo of delivery box along with product from all sides and send it to link provided . then i took photos and sent . I asked this costmer care and the customer care gave assurance for replacement or refund of product, and after complate the investigation within 4-5 days my return is initiated and date of 24 may 2023 i returned the product .The person who came for pickup check the product and then took it with himself. It’s been around 10 days i have not received my refund and when i raised a complaint then amazon said that the product which i returned is incorrect and they will not send me the refund . I asked them to ask delivery partner or share the pictures of whatever product they have received from my end , amazon did not listen to anything. They just simply said that we will not send you the refund or replacement I tried using customer care calling & chatting facility and i even talked to of team and then ecr team via mail, they said first send the correct product if you want refund. I am depressed because of this act by amazon. It was rs 23745 which i earned by hardworking and saving. I am in stressd because of my money since 5 days and my health is deteriorating. It is affecting my mental health.iam so tensed, depressed.amazon got me hooked.
