Text of Complaint by Vikram Shelar:

I ordered a Apple airpod from amazon which was not proper work like noice cancell not proper work so i returned it. The person who came for pickup check the product and then took it with himself. It’s been around 10 days i have not received my refund and when i raised a complaint then amazon said that the product which i returned is incorrect and they will not send me the refund . I asked them to ask delivery partner or share the pictures of whatever product they have received from my end , amazon did not listen to anything. They just simply said that we will not send you the refund. I tried using customer care calling & chatting facility and i even talked to ofm via mail , they said that send the correct product if you want refund. I am depressed because of this act by amazon. It was rs 23745 which i earned by hardworking and saving and.now I am in stress because of my money since 5 days and my health is deteriorating. It is affecting my mental health. if something happens to me amazon shall be responsible.iam so tensed.
