I ordered a laptop (Renewed, Dell E5470) on 2 September 2021 and that time delivery was showing 5 & 6 September but the item was not delivered on time. I waited 3 more days then I received the wrong item on 8 September. I received a different item (Renewed, Dell E7270). After that I raised a request for a return item and the request was approved but when request approved that time pickup & refund date was 10th September.
I received a message on the registered mobile number from Amazon at 12:29 PM 10th September and in that message was “Packet was not ready, Re-attempt by end of next working day. Even I did not get any person call or message. and also there was no such person to come to me. It’s totally a fraud. I did not get any call and information from Amazon and no one came to my pickup home location, still i am waiting for pickup & refund. I have so much to wait and after that I am facing such a kind of bushtit message, need to get it resolved very soon. I need my amount in the same account ASAP. Amazon is doing fraud with me.
