I had order realme buds @1799 but i got different model i get replacement which is not working properly then i returned that item . After returning i don’t get refund when i asked reason customer care said that you haven’t send original product but i sended same product as it is . They refuse to give refund and return product … You are only hope , please take action against amazon and refund my money.
