I buy philips LED 58 inch on 27th feb 2021 .TV is not still installed from last 4 days .i booked installation slot for 2nd march 2021 for 10 am .but no one executive come to.my address at that time .so i called to custimer service they said me that executive will come till 2 pm they will.come to.my address .i was planned for half day from my office.due to they not came to my adress so i took full day leave by asking to my manager .they abuse me .they yelled at me .and last they approve but without any pay .agter that no onw visted to my address.so my total was wasted and i also loose pay for all day at my office it was arround 1500.after i ahain called to you.and you inform to wait .today is 3rd ..still your executive did not come to.my address..and at evening when i called to customer of amazon they said me that i will recieve contact details of that technician at EOD of 3rd march ..but when i calles to loknath.he is saying that i will have to wait more 48 fours..so the basic i already wait for 96 hours and more 48 hours they are asking to wait .and on that also they are not giving assurace .and no one is helping me .even they are saying customer can do with local technician but then they will not provide any warranty on that and niether charges required to installation..why should i pay for that if amazon is not providing promised service.
After that they are helping me at all.even they are are saying that tou will have to pay for installation charges and wall mount charges.also when previous executive which i called to amazon service at nearby 4:55 pm at 03rd march 2021 they have informed me that wall mount will be not chargeble.now they are denieng for free wall mount .
Amazon is totally doing fraud with customer.and they are not helping customer
