Text of Complaint by Gaddam Vineesh:

I’d order smart watch on amazon through debit card emi. I got the defective product, so I returned the product. Amazon customer service is telling that they initiated refund but it doesn’t reflect in my bank account. I did contact with the bank. They are asking for the RRN number to get from amazon. I’m asking for RRN number from amazon since 40 days, but they are not giving me the number and asking me to wait for some more time. Please help me.
