company – amazon product – alexa eco . 4th generation order id – 40416397068730700 order date – 05-03-2023 amount paid – 4499 rupees registered no.-8604731455 reg. mail id- rajshukla9900@gmail.com problem details – consumer had returned his product to amazon but the company is not accepting it a original after taking pickup and also not refunding the paid amount to consumer . consumer want his paid amount to be refund as soon as possible .
