I had placed this order (LG 20L Solo Microwave Oven) on 27th May 2021, order# 404-8769874-9813143 and received damaged product on 1st June, 2021. I had immediately called up Amazon support to place a replace/return request and they informed that the replacement is not possible for this particular product so they further placed a return request on my behalf and confirmed that the product will be picked up and then the refund process would get initiated; they had also advised to check emails in case the seller (TT-Enterprise) ask for any images. I did receive emails from the seller 2-3 times asking to provide different angles pictures of the damaged product, accordingly I provided all the information and images and after getting the same the seller asked to call Amazon Customer support to return the product.
I had conveyed this many times to Amazon customer support but no concrete solution, it has been going on for last 2 weeks. I have been following up for this since last 2 weeks and every they place a new request with the seller and assuring that it will be picked up soon; but again I use to get email from the seller asking to contact back Amazon support to return the product. Last week Amazon support assured that this time it will be picked up by them by Friday (that is today) but no progress yet; today only I called up again and again they are giving some absurd reasons like they are going to place new request and it will take another 3-4 working days. these things I am hearing from the Amazon support since last 2weeks but no concrete solution yet and no one is picking up the damaged product.
I did not expect such responses and service from the Amazon, I believe I had bought the item from Amazon and its their sole responsibility to take care of my concerns. they are even disconnecting my calls now whenever I proceed to explain further of this issue. I just wanted to confirm, who from amazon will address this and is there any proper escalation procedure. this is a clear case of cheating and not an appropriate way of dealing customers.
