I bought a laptop which was replaced by amazon and the 2nd time too the product had manufacturing defects. Since then I have requested multiple times to Amazon that the pickup service doesn’t call me and cancels the pickup upon which they have only one reply “we’ll reschedule the pickup” I have recordings where they have made fake promises of giving me follow up calls and advance refunds but nothing of that sort was done. Now I cannot make calls to Amazon.
