I have purchased a Amazfit Smart watch order Id 171-8253772-8808320, on 17th October and received the product on 19th October. I have placed a return request on 19th October due to incompatibility issues with my smartphone. I was assured by the customer support that they will assign a brand technician and resolve issue within 4 days. I have told them that it’s a feature problem and I simply want to return the watch and have my money back.. It has been more than 4 days and they have not yet resolved the matter. When I called up the customer care today (24/10/2022) they told that they haven’t yet assigned any technician. They are unnecessarily delaying the process and harassing the customer.
