Amazon not initiating refund on multiple pickup cancellations at there end.

Hi Team,

I have been conned by Amazon multiple times now. Recent of which is the return of one the Laptop stand I purchased on 18th August from Amazon. The product was defective and I wanted to return the product and scheduled a cancellation. But just like earlier the return is not picked by Amazon’s pickup team, after multiple discussions with Amazon customer service agents I raised the request again 4 times till now. The item is still not picked up and no refund is given by Amazon. The customer service team keep saying ‘if the next time item is not picked up, we will initiate an Advance refund’ but nothing is initiated till now. Last the pickup was supposed to be done yesterday i.e., 27th August but was not pickedup and now again Amazon team is scheduling pickup and not giving refund to me.

As a last resort I am coming to consumer forumn for help in this manner, this is covid time and money is really important. I would request you to please ask Amazon team to give refund to me, I am attaching both the defective product and the multiple chats I had with the team.
