Text of Complaint by Rishav Baisla:

I, Rishav Baisla, hold the amazon business account on my firm’s name HR TECHNOLOGIES INDIA with [email protected] as registered email.
I have booked a laptop Lenovo V15 i3 11th gen (82KBA033IH) on 23 feb, 2023 and when I got the delivery i found something suspicious and saw that the model I received is different as I received Lenovo V15 G2- ITL (82KBA034IH). I was shocked to see this kind of irresponsible approach and unprofessionalism as the seller has provided the bill for Lenovo V15 but the product from inside was different, also they have pasted 2 slips on the box original as well as my ordered laptop’s serial number. I complained about the same to Amazon customer service at the very moment and after inspection they asked me to go for product Return. I agreed and on 2nd march, 2023 the Pickup guy came and took back the laptop after proper inspection.

I was continuously following up with Amazon customer service team for the refund as I was not getting any response from their side. But more than 20 days had passed, the customer service asked me to wait and wait. Yesterday I called and asked for the status of my refund. In return I got a response that the product which the seller received was different, this is why my refund was cancelled. When I asked for the concern they stated that the product I returned was not the same I Ordered. I kept on telling them that they have sent me the wrong item, how can i return the correct when I myself got the wrong product? I was shocked to see such an unauthentic approach from Amazon. After several days of harassing the customer like this I got a response which is not valid at all. You can check all the images I have attached. It’s very hard to digest that one of the leading companies of the world is troubling the customers like this.

I request the concerned authority to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and Help me in getting my refund at the earliest as it was my hard earned money and I can’t afford to lose such a big amount even after being right.

You can check the Quality of the products when I return and received.
