I have returned product of worth 20 k in December. I am continuously mailing to amazon for my refund. They replied me that my account has been blocked and they cant process my refund. I am not aware when my account got blocked because i was able to login into my account. Amazon has accepted my return request and picked my all products from my address. When now m login into account ,status of all products is showing “received”. Now when I am asking for my refund they have stopped to revert my mails.
