I have ordered Boat xtend pro watch order number : 402-1498752-4283513 from Amazon.in on 23/07/2022 and got Delivery on 29/07/2022. I didn’t like the product so I called on Amazon customer service centre for return the product but they told me that I have to do first replacement they I can apply for return process.
After that he applied for replacement process on 29/07/2022 and got replacement product on 12/08/2022.
Then the quality of product same so I have called again to customer service centre for return the product.
The agent took the product back on 16/08/2022 and they got product on 18/08/2022.
After that I didn’t get refund so I have called again to customer service centre on 25/08/2022 and they told me ‘we are going to raise query for the same you will get refund in 3 days ‘.
Still I didn’t get any refund so I have called again to customer service centre on 29/08/2022 they told me that ‘We didn’t raised any query for refund for you, let us generate the query now for refund and you will get your refund in 3 days’.
Then after I have called again to customer service centre on 03/09/2022 for same reason that I didn’t get my refund yet now they answered me that ‘ you have delivered wrong Item and product is not same as the discription so you don’t get any refund’.
This is the case of stealing money.
Please help me for this
