I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address a recurring issue I have encountered with the delivery service associated with my recent orders. On three separate occasions, I have attempted to receive a USB Type-C cable through your platform, only to encounter significant obstacles and delays due to purported damage to the packages.

The sequence of events is as follows:
Order ID: 404-2575274-4347558 – Placed on January 22, 2024
The package reached my town but was cancelled on the scheduled delivery day due to reported damage.

Order ID: 408-7461566-3143500 – Placed on January 24, 2024
Once again, the delivery did not take place, and without prior communication, the order was cancelled, citing package damage.

Order ID: 404-0865340-4712364 – Placed on January 30, 2024
Despite my persistence, the third attempt on February 6, 2024, resulted in yet another cancellation due to alleged package damage.

This repetitive occurrence of cancelled deliveries without adequate explanation or attempts at resolution is deeply concerning. It not only reflects poorly on the reliability and efficiency of your delivery services but also represents a significant inconvenience and waste of time for me as a customer.

I have invested considerable effort in attempting to receive the ordered items, having placed the same order multiple times since January 22, 2024. The repeated failures to deliver the product, coupled with the apparent lack of effort to rectify the situation, leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter formally.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into the handling of my orders and the conduct of the delivery team responsible. Additionally, I expect prompt action to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the product I have purchased. Furthermore, I would appreciate transparent communication regarding the steps being taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
