On 20th August I have order 2 Wiresorts Multi Functional Pencil Box for Kids under ORDER # 402-9530069-4247569, which is promise to be delivered on 24th August i.e today. Today morning I received 1 Pencil box. When I inquired with Amazon about the 2nd pencil box they told me because of error they can delivered it by 27th. When I talk to them about for such error they prompt me to cancel my order. I promised my both daughters for the gift on 24th because of this error from amazon they have done mental torcher to me and my daughters. Compensation for the inconvenience caused, as the delay has resulted in mental distress and disruption of our routine.
