I ordered couple of products from amazon.in and both were cancelled by delivery partner and return product to seller, I did prepayment of both products and now withiut getting consent of customer how delivery partner return product to seller and also refund amount will get credited after 4 -7 business day, who will be responsible for holding my amount for so much days. Who will compensate waiting period of and holding of my money?
