This is with regards to my recent purchase with amazon.
I had ordered a One plus Nord CE 2

I have received the order without a seal and I have not touched it since then. Once a seal is broken it summarizes a second hand product. I do not want the item any more as I wanted to gift it. And now I can’t. I spoke to the customer care on call and they just hung up on me. The other time they said they are unable to return it. Please request you to look into this. I have invested money in this and now my money is stuck. This had never happened to me before. Request you to please help with a solution for the same
