Hi,
I had purchased Hamilton Beach mixer grinder from Amazon for Rs.25000 on July 7th.
The mixer has some issues and i lost the trust on using the product.
I called up their customer care for returning the product, they are denying to take it back, they are inistingn on getting a replacement which i am not intrested in.as i have an option for return or replace in amazon app.i choose to retrun not replace the product.as i have spent 25000 on this filty shit of piece which is not even worth of 1000
I am filing this case on amazon for cheating customer and not accepting return of my product
