I hv ordered a Apple Pencil Pencil 2nd generation Pencil but it is not compatible with my iPad device so after receiving product I hv immediately contacted Amazon about this issue but they hv said we can’t do anything you hv to contact apple than I hv contacted to apple but they simply refused after saying that as you hv ordered it from we hv no authority to check your order nd we can’t do anything…as the product of nearly about 11000 Rs so I hv requested to Amazon that kindly initiate request for return so I can purchase other compatible Pencil but they r denying it.
