I am extremely dissatisfied n unhappy with the way amazon have been so unprofessional.
First instance: the delivery man calls up at 9pm to deliver .
Due to odd hour I couldn’t pick up the call
However,there was no attempt made to deliver in the day time ever since the first instance
2nd instance: I complaint n enquired in the chat but fake promises given for redelivery
3rd instance: I specified the time for delivery to be between 11am to 6pm but the delivery man calls me up at 10:30 pm late night.which highly not appreciated.
4th instance: I spoke wth cust care team I was promised a delivery yesterday but the delivery person called n said that he is coming but did not turn up.
THIS WAS A FATHERS DAY GIFT BUT YOU GUYS HAVE MESSED UP AND PLAYED BIT TIME WITH MY SENTIMENTS.
THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PRIME CUSTOMER WHO IS TRUSTING AMAZON SINCE LAST 3-4YEARS???
without my knowledge the product is returned n raised for refund.
I want my product n not refund also a compensation for this wastage of time n mental harassment.
Suggestions: you should learn some customer centricity from Myntra, flipkart as they are very polite n good towards services to customer even in this pandemic.
