Purchased an online gift card on 21st February, and they promised online share link within 15 minute. But until now i didn’t get any link.
On 21st February i raised a complaint through Amazon costumer care and they they promised a solution within 24 hours. But since no response i contacted costumer service again in second day (22nd Feb) and then they told me that it will take 48 hours. But now they are again telling that it will take 3 to 5 business days. I paid them online 1000 rupees for an online product. But they are not ready to refund in case of their mistake.
