I ordered a mobile phone using amazon. I received a defective product. when I asked for replacement, the return pickup of product has been failed. This time amazon gave me a chance for return and replace policy. I was happy with this. but the problem is no one is coming to pickup the product. The return pickup has been failed more than 13 times and there is 30 days delay. I was misguided by amazon customer service many times. they promised to give me advanced refund but now they are saying there is no such option. please help me with this
