Amazon Team this is really disappointing & harassing. I have purchased Mitashi 1 Ton Split Ac from amazon on 21st April 2019. At the time of installation face issue that Mitashi guys saying if i will get installation done through amazon they will not give me any service further and we pay the installation amount 1500 to amazon.
Some how amazon people come & install the AC. Amazon told me that they will provide the 3 month take care service of AC but now you guys denied for any kind of services & cooperation. Amazon told me that to contact with Mitashi team & Mitashi Told me that to connect with amazon Team.
From last 4 days i am keep calling to Amazon & Mitashi but not getting any response from both end.
Now i am facing issue in cooling.Complained many time to amazon and Mitashi as well but now they don’t responding very properly. Mithashi denied to do any service of AC. I get the call from Mithashi Authorized service center Bhangel also.
In present situation i have cancel the product & I want refund for the product in my account asap.
No one is taking the responsibility of AC ……. Amazon & Mithashi…..
