I HAVE ORDERED iQOO Z6 5G BY VIVO ON 18 FEB 2023 AND DELIVERD ON 27 FEB 2023. I HAVE RECORDED THE VEDIO WITH DELIVERY BOY OPENING THE PACKEGE THE USED ANOTHER PHONE RECEIVED BY ME SAME DAY I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINED WITH THE AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE THEY SHARE A LINK WITH ME AND UPLOAD THE PHOTO OF THE MOBILE WITH NAME AND DATE. NOW I AM CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING YOUR INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING. PLS SOLVE MY PROBLEM
