I ordered a fire tv 4k stick which came out defective so i raised a replacement request for the product. The customer support team said once you send back the product you will receive the new product in couple of days.
The product was picked up 2-3 days back, basically the full product with all packaging intact.
Then I received the replacement yesterday which to my surprise only had the stick wrapped in a polybag. No box, no documents, no remote, no connector.
So i paid 4500 for items worth 800 as rest of the bag was empty and that too unusable without the other components attached.
Amazon has been blunt and is not giving any satisfactory response saying we delivered the right product.
