Hello,

I ordered a blue shorts on Amazon but received a brown skirt. Inspite of raising a complaint about it with an image and returning  the product, Amazon refused to believe me and the customer care on phone was rude. I asked for the image to be shared, very conveniently they said they disposed the item off.

Amazon started on a good note but now has started resorting to malpractices.
