I have opted for Prime membership which offers my same day or 1 day delivery on certain products. But despite charging me for that, Amazon has failed to fulfil it. I have ordered and Redmi Phone on 31May2025, item marked and Prime and guaranteed delivery on 1June2025. Despite multiple calls to amazon customer service, I still have not received my order (3Jun2025).
I have been charged for Prime and amazon has cheated me by charging money for the service and not delivering it.
