Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to draw your kind attention that I am a frequent buyer of amazon. I make purchase from amazon for our daily commodities every month. Just like that I had purchased some of the items on 4th September 2021 through amazon pay among which items of total cost Rs.988 are not yet delivered. I called the customer care several times where they assured me to give back my refund within stipulated time but unfortunately it never had happened.
I request you to please look into this urgently. I am attaching the supporting documents for your reference.
