Amazon is withholding my Funds in Amazon Wallet / Amazon Pay Balance under some false pretext. My account is fully compliant with KYC and other norms for maximum limit. Additionally, they said they have blocked it because of not having used in past one year when in fact I have used it just two months ago. They also have in their possession my valid ID documents, but they are saying it has expired which it has not. Of late Amazon is telling a lot of lies and following cheating practices to dupe their customers. I want my wallet unlocked and made available to me.
