I ordered 2 Wing Chairs from Amazon. The chairs were defective. Upon contacting seller for return and refund, Seller stopped responding.
Now upon contacting Amazon, Amazon is unable to take action or issue me the refund. I have spend 46000 rs on the chairs, and now its just of money. Moreover Calling and complaining to Amazon India Customer care, no one bothered to solve my issue. It has sucked both my precious time and Energy. Hence reaching out to consumer forum.
