I have raised a refund for a product(Malabar gold and diamond 22KT) worth rs 7399. The product was picked up by 04/03/2023, but till today no refund is initiated. I called multiple times to Amazon call centre, everytime a 72hour window was given to me but no action has been taken. No refund received till now.
