Hi Team,
Today I have received my bold fit steel shaker “ORDER # 403-5666495-1407549” . I have raised a return request with many attempted calls with proof of leakage . But still I have been refused by customer care calls that it is a non-returnable product . Even this is under a 10 days returnable policy . I am attaching the return policy which is mentioned in the item in your website as well .
Please look into this matter and return the item as soon as possible. Moreover I have also a complaint against your escalation team who has talked very rudely and disconnected my call .
Product image has already been attached while placing return from amazonemobile app .
