I order a dress for my sister, the seller sent the wrong size, i gave a replacement request, the replaced dress was again of wrong size. then i called the customer care regarding this issue. I told him to return the dress and refund my money in my Amazon Pay wallet. The customer care executive did a mistake by sending the cheque instead of Amazon pay balance. Now i don’t have a bank account in my name, and the cheque is issued in my name. I am requesting Amazon to cancel the cheque and refund the amount in my Amazon pay Wallet. They are not listening to me and my issue. I was told that i will receive my refund on 27th of January. Then i was told that i will receive my refund on 2nd of feb. Then again i was told that i will receive my refund on 8th of feb and now they are saying it will take 10 more days. They are stretching my issue and are not in a mood to refund. Please help. me please. It’s about my money. Name of all the liars customer care are :- Pooja R, Imrana Farhin, Suman, Jitendra they all. are Amazon executive who lied to me about the refund dates. I have attached the proof of the customer care suman who assured me that i will receive my refund on 10th of feb.
